MEET THE TEAM

COACH AARON

Hey, I’m Aaron — I’m a personal trainer, online coach, and CrossFit coach.

I’ve been a PT for over 10 years now, and in that time, I’ve helped hundreds of people not just get fitter, but build real confidence, feel better in their bodies, and actually enjoy training again.

My own journey started way back,  I was one of those kids who was obsessed with anything competitive: athletics, football, you name it. That passion led me to personal training when I was 18.

In 2018, I saw the CrossFit Games on Netflix — and something clicked. I’d been training for aesthetics, but I was craving more. Something functional. Something challenging. Something fun.

Fast forward to 2023 — I walked into my first CrossFit class, and I’ve never looked back. It lit a fire in me, and now I get to help others discover that same spark.

Members would describe me as very calm and supportive while pushing them to achieve goals, that i am very patient and believes in helping anyone at any level, even if that means adapting workouts to suit everyone’s levels.

COACH millie

Millie started off as a competitive dancer, then went into athletics & weight training soon after.

She’s been coaching crossfit for over 3 years now & loves to compete.

People would know Millie as a very busy person 24/7 with her job as a Firefighter, coaching ect! She loves what she does and loves seeing people thrive in their fitness journey.

Members would describe Millie as a ninja   she loves to push members to achieve the best results & feel good in themselves, but be aware with that, she has eyes in the back of her head she’ll be there if someone needs pushing through!

Supporting members & making sure they feel good is her priority.

COACH rob

Rob has been into fitness 13 years. He started off running then lifting & now does them both competing in Hyrox & ultra events.

His goal is to compete at a world championship in hyrox then the following year an iron man.

I love pushing limits, i do that in my job as a firefighter and as my hobby as an athlete. I love helping people and want them to achieve their highest form of self.

I’m a strong believer of if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far’ go together.

COACH Paul

I discovered CrossFit in 2013 and quickly fell in love with the mix of intensity, skill, and community it brings.

Over the years, my passion for Olympic lifting and gymnastics has grown, shaping my coaching style into one that focuses on building strength, explosive power, mobility, and—most importantly—confidence.

Since stepping into coaching in December 2022, I’ve been dedicated to helping athletes of all levels master the skills they need to excel in their fitness journey, whether that’s hitting a new PR, nailing their first pull-up, or simply moving better every day.

COACH Mikey

Coming from a range of different competitive sports backgrounds, I accidentally fell into CrossFit 4 years ago and never looked back.

My past experience, competitiveness and need to always improve, saw me move into a coaching role alongside my own training where my main focus is moving better, improving confidence and pushing the brain when it doesn’t want too.

If you hear ‘00’s bangers and shouting from the car park, theres a 95% chance it’s me coaching
..

COACH Stacey

My journey into CrossFit started in 2022 when I walked into my first class with a newborn baby in tow. At the time, I never could have imagined that one decision to join a gym on maternity leave would lead to such a passion for fitness, weightlifting and, ultimately, coaching others.

Since then, I've earned my British Weightlifting Level 1 and Level 2 coaching qualifications, as well as my Level 2 Functional Fitness qualification. Learning and developing as a coach is something I genuinely enjoy, and I'm always looking for ways to help people move better, lift with confidence, and achieve their goals. Next course incoming ;)

Whether you're picking up a barbell for the very first time or looking to refine your technique and push your performance, I love helping people progress. There's nothing better than seeing a busy class full of energy, encouraging one another, and throwing barbells around safely and confidently.

My aim is to create a supportive, inclusive fun environment where everyone feels welcome, challenged at whatever stage they are at, and proud of what they can achieve.
